2026년도 동계 학위복 대여사업을 다음과 같이 실시하오니 대상자분들께서는 일정에 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

■ 학위복 대여 안내

○ 사업 대상: 2026년도 2월 학위수여자

※ 학사 및 석사 학위복만 대여 가능합니다.

※ 재학생, 수료생, 기졸업자는 대여가 불가합니다.

※ 2023년도에는 코로나로 인해 방문 못하는 졸업생들을 위해 이전학기 졸업생을 대상으로 학위복 대여를 잠시 실시하였으나, 2024년 이후부터는 해당 학기 졸업생만 대상으로 하는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 

※ 박사학위복 대여는 총학생회 및 학교에서 시행하지 않는 관계로 박사학위복 제작대여 관련 문의는 가운업체에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

○ 사업 일정: 2026. 02. 12. (목) ~ 2026. 02. 25. (수) (02. 15(일) ~ 02.18. (수)는 설 연휴로 인해 운영하지 않습니다. 매일 9:00 ~ 18:00 

반납: 대여 당일 18시까지(당일 18:00까지 미반납시 연체료 부과예정)

○ 대여 장소: 인문사회과학캠퍼스 국제관 1층 라운지/ 자연과학캠퍼스 학생회관 1층 소강당

○ 준비물: 대여자 본인 신분증(주민등록증•자동차운전면허증•외국인등록증•여권 등) 학위복 수령용 가방

※ 본교 학생증은 신분증 보관 목적으로의 제출이 불가합니다.

※ 학위복 대여 시 보증을 위해 반납 전까지 대여자분의 신분증을 총학생회 측에서 보관하는 점  양해 부탁드립니다.

※ 학위복 수령시 별도의 가방을 제공하지 않으니 유의하시길 바랍니다.

■ 학위복 대여 신청 안내

○ 대여 신청 일정: 2026. 02. 09. (월) ~ 2026. 02. 23. (월)

○ 대여 신청 방법: GLS(PC버전) → [신청/자격관리] → [금학기 졸업자 학위복 대여 신청] 클릭 → 최초 방문 예정 일자, 방문 캠퍼스, 환불 계좌정보 입력 → 신청 → 발급된 가상계좌로 대여료(5,000원/7,000원) 입금

○ 학위복 대여료: 학사 : 5,000원/ 석사 ㅣ7,000원

※ 대여 신청 시 가상계좌를 발급해 드리며, 현금 수납은 불가합니다.

※ 매일 00:00~00:10 (금요일 00:00~00:40)은 우리은행 시스템 일자전환에 따라 서비스 이용이 제한되오니 해당 시간대에 학위복 대여를 신청하시는 분들께서는 가상계좌 발급이 지연될 수 있습니다.

※ 대여료를 지불하셨으나 대여를 하지 않으신 경우, 사업 기간이 종료된 이후 일괄적으로 환불 진행해 드릴 예정입니다.

■ 학위복 중복 대여 안내

○ 학위복 대여에는 횟수 제한이 없으나, 1회당 1벌만 대여 가능합니다.

○ 이전에 대여하신 학위복을 반납하지 않으실 경우 중복 대여가 불가합니다.

○ 대여료는 최초 대여 시에만 납부하시면 됩니다.

※ 최초 대여 시에는 세탁된 학위복을 대여해 드리지만,중복 대여부터는 반납된 학위복을 재사용하여 대여해 드립니다.

■ 주차 안내

○ 학위복 대여자에 한하여 주차 할인을 도와드릴 예정입니다.

○ 주차 요금: 인사캠(4시간 3,000원), 자과캠(4시간 2,000원)

○ 주차 요금 정산 절차: 기본카메라 앱으로 QR코드 스캔 → 차량번호 4자리 입력 후 차량 선택 → 주차요금 확인 후 모바일 결제 → 모바일 결제 완료 후 출차

※ QR코드는 대여 현장에서 제공됩니다.

※ 주차 정산 후 30분 초과하여 출차 시 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

■ 연체료 안내

- 학위복은 대여 횟수와 관계없이 대여 당일 18시까지 반드시 반납해 주셔야 합니다.

- 대여 당일 18시 이후에 반납하시는 경우부터는 연체료가 부과됩니다.

연체료

○ 대여 당일 지각: 10,000원

※ 당일 18시 이후 반납 시부터 적용됩니다.

○ 1일 이상 미반납시 1일당 10,000원의 연체료 부과

ex) 대여 당일 18시 20분 반납: 10,000원

ex) 대여 다음날 반납: 15,000원

ex) 대여 3일 후 반납: 35,000원

※ 지불하신 연체료는 총학생회 학생회비 계좌로 들어갈 예정입니다.

※ 학위복의 분실과 손상 방지를 위해 부득이하게 연체료를 부과한다는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

■ 기타 안내
 - 본 대여 사업에서는 성균관대학교 전통 학위복만을 대여해 드립니다.
 - 학위복 대리 수령 및 대리 반납은 불가하며, 대여자 본인이 직접 수령 및 반납해 주셔야 합니다.
 - 학위복 대여 신청은 선착순 신청이 아닌 점 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
 - 학위복 및 부속품 분실 및 손상 혹은 관련 사항 발생 시, 대여자에게 해당 비용을 부속품별로 청구할 수 있습니다.

■ 기부 캠페인 안내
‘다시, 성균에게’는 졸업생이 학교에서 받은 배움과 마음을 되돌아보며 감사의 뜻을 전하는 기부 캠페인입니다. 해당 캠페인을 통해 모인 기부금은 ‘후배사랑 학식지원기금’으로 전달되어, 재학생의 아침 식사 제공에 사용됩니다. 기부에 참여하신 분들에게는 2026년 한정 제작된 ‘붉은 말 졸업 인형’(1,100개 한정)을 드립니다.
※ 청금복과 학사모를 착용한 단독 디자인으로, 기념품샵 등에서는 판매되지 않습니다.

[Announcement Regarding the Graduation Gowns Rental for 2026 Winter]

Greetings , we are the 58th SKKU Student Council S'PEAK.
The 2026 Winter Graduation Gown Rental Program will be conducted as follows. Please review the schedule carefully.

■ Graduation Gown Rental Guide
 ○ Target: February 2026 Graduates
  ※ Only bachelor’s and master’s gowns are provided for the rental.
  ※ Only the students who have received the degree can rent the gowns. 
 ○ Period: Saturday, February 12, 2026 (Thu) - February 25, 2026 (Wed), every day from 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (Excluding February 15 (Sun) - February 18 (Wed), due to Lunar New Year holiday)
 ○ Return: Until 6:00 PM on the day of rental
 ○ Location: Humanities and Social Sciences Campus: International Hall, 1st Floor (Student Lounge), Natural Sciences Campus: Student Center, 1st Floor (Auditorium)
 ○ Preparation: ID (Registration Card, Driver’s License, Residence Card, Passport), Bag for the Gown
  ※ Student IDs are not accepted for renting graduation gown.
  ※ A valid physical ID will be held by the SKKU Student Council until the graduation gown is returned.

■ Application for Rental
 ○ Application Period: February 9, 2026 (Mon) - February 23, 2026 (Mon)
 ○ Application Process: GLS(PC version) -> [Application/Graduation Requirements Management] – [Application for Graduation Gown Rental] -> Enter Visit Day, Campus, Refund Account Information -> Apply -> Pay KRW 5,000 / 7,000 to the virtual bank account
 ○ Rental Fee: Bachelor KRW 5,000 / Master KRW 7,000
  ※ Virtual account will be provided for the payment when the rental request is successfully submitted. Cash payment will not be supported.
  ※ Due to the bank policy, issuing the virtual account may not operate from 12:00 to 12:10 AM (12:00 to 12:40 AM on Fridays).
  ※ The rental fee will be refunded if the gown is not rented after the payment.

■ Notice on Multiple Rentals
 ○ There is no limit on the number of rentals, however only one graduation gown may be rented per rental.
 ○ The previously rented must be returned before renting another gown.
 ○ Late or non-returned graduation gowns will result in suspension of further rentals during the program period.
 ○ The rental fee is charged only for the initial rental.
 ○ Subsequent rentals after the initial rental may be made in person without additional procedures.
 ○ Please know that an unused gown will be provided for the initial rental, and a used gown will be available to rent for subsequent rentals.

■ Parking Information
 ○ Parking fee discounts will be provided only for graduation gown renters.
 ○ HSSC (KRW 3,000 for 4 hours), NSC (KRW 2,000 for 4 hours)
 ○ Parking Fee Payment Process: Scan the provided QR Code with Camera → Enter the vehicle number, and select the vehicle → Check parking fee, and pay mobile → Exit after payment
  ※ QR Codes will be provided at the rental location.
  ※ Additional charges will apply if exited more than 30 minutes after parking payment.
  ※ Due to limited parking space at the HSSC, congestion is expected. Public transportation is strongly recommended.

■ Late Fee Notice
 - Regardless of the number of rentals, graduation gowns must be returned by 6:00 PM on the rental date.
 - Graduation gowns returned after 6:00 PM will incur a late fee, and no further rentals will be permitted for the remainder of the program period.
 ○ Late Fee 
 - Late return on the rental date: KRW 10,000 
  ※ Applied for returns made after 6:00 PM on the rental date.
 - 1-day overdue: KRW 15,000
 - Each additional day after the first day: KRW 10,000 per day
  ex) Returned at 6:20 PM on the rental date: KRW 10,000
  ex) Returned the next day: KRW 15,000
  ex) Returned three days later: KRW 35,000
  ※ Late fees collected will be allocated to the Student Council's student activity fund.
  ※ Late fees are imposed to prevent loss and damage of graduation gowns. We appreciate you understanding.

■ Additional Information
 - Only SKKU's traditional graduation gowns are available for rental.
 - Proxy pick-up and return are not permitted. The renter must pick up and return the graduation gown in person.
 - Rental applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
 - In cases of loss or damage to the graduation gown or its accessories, the renter may be charged accordingly.

  Traditional Master's Graduation Gown Set: KRW 179,000

■ Giving Campaign Notice
‘Once More, to Sungkyunkwan’ is a giving campaign that invites graduating students to reflect on the knowledge and values they have gained at SKKU and to express their gratitude through giving. The donations raised through this campaign will be used for the ‘Paying It Forward Meal Support Fund,’ which provides breakfast support for current students. Participants in the giving campaign will receive the 2026 limited-edition ‘Red Horse Graduation Doll’ (limited to 1,100 pieces).
※ The exclusive design features the Cheonggeumbok (symbol of Sungkyunkwan) and the graduation cap and is not available for purchase at campus souvenir shops or elsewhere.

○ Eligible Participants: February 2026 Graduates
○ Application Period: Feb 9, 2026 (Mon) – Feb 23, 2026 (Mon)
○ Application Procedure:

※ If rental only is requested without participation in the giving campaign, only the graduation gown rental fee (KRW 5,000 / KRW 7,000) may be paid via virtual bank transfer.
※ Cash payments are not accepted.
※ Applications will close once the limited quantity runs out.
